1. The name of the association is Village Internet Technology Cooperative
2. The purpose for the association is to provide Internet technology, computer infrastructure, marketing support, personal education, research and development, business planning, management and marketing for our members. The association will donate a portion of its revenues to worthy charities and related organizations in the sustainable technologies education, research and development sectors
3. The authorized share capital shall consists of:
A. an unlimited number of lifetime membership shares with a par value of 1080 Canadian dollars ($1080.00).
This fee and share limit to be reviewed at the Co-op AGM in 2011 and subsequent AGMs.
4. The liability of a member or investment shareholder of the Association is limited in accordance with the Cooperative Association Act.
