This is the initial application to be a member. A formal membership application will be available when the Cooperative Rules have been approved.

The purpose for the association is to provide Internet technology, computer infrastructure, marketing support, personal education, research and development, business planning, management and marketing for our members. The association will donate a portion of its revenues to worthy charities and related organizations in the sustainable technologies education, research and development sectors

A lifetime membership share is valued at 1080 Canadian dollars. This fee is payable in technology trade or earned by working for the Co-operative. The Cooperative will pay members a base salary and also a percentage of project profits based on the percentage of hours worked on a project. A percentage profits will be put aside for company internal technology development, member projects and donations to like-minded organizations.
